We are locally owned, operated and pursue sustainable policies and our material of choice is fine quality wood, grown and milled here on Vancouver Island.

Lionheart Laser has two distinct divisions:

  • Engraving services of items either supplied by us or clients.
  • Manufacturing products either designed by us or clients.

We are committed to creating high quality work that exceeds your requirements. If you're not entirely satisfied we will remake the item free of charge. We stand behind our work and if our service doesn't work for you, we believe you shouldn't have to pay for something you don't want.

History

  • 1991 Established as James Frames & Trophies
  • 1999 Opened first retail location Bay Cedar Plaza in Cobble Hill
  • 2000 Expanded by purchasing the Trident Trophy business in Cowichan Valley
  • 2005 Changed business name to Heritage House & Trophies
  • 2010 Expanded by opening an additional location in Langford, Victoria
  • 2012 Outgrew the existing premises and relocated to the present location in the Reflections Building at 2745 Veterans Memorial Parkway
  • 2020 The business in Langford and the location change ownership and after briefly changing the name to Precision Laser Engraving is then rebranded as Lionheart Laser
